Joint planning and finding the optimum solution are important tu us. We plan entire local and district heating networks with external partners. Customers are guided through the whole planning and approval process.
Maintenance and service contracts

Regular maintenance is essential for the correct operation of the system. This can be covered by service contracts with us or with our distributors in your area. We offer a range of service contract options to enable you to control the level of external maintenance to suit your individual needs. We are also happy to support our customers with training courses to prepare them for fully independent operation of the system.
Wood chips

The performance of the machine is directly dependent to the wood chips used.
- Use of storable wood chips ≤ 13% moisture (GLOCK ecotech – wood chip standard)
- Fine fraction max. 1%
- The use of only bark, sawdust or other foreign materials is not possible
